Capital One has been a presenting sponsor of Condé Nast Traveler’s Hot List franchise for the past 5 years. In 2018, Capital One partnered with Condé Nast Traveler to create three custom branded videos highlighting three Hot List properties with subtle Venture Card integration. In 2019, Capital One partnered with Condé Nast Traveler to call on three travel influencers and photographers to create custom photography for print advertorials and social campaigns. In 2020, Capital One partnered with Condé Nast Traveler and contributing editorial photographer Tanveer Badal to create custom assets for print pages and – for the first time ever – to create a new editorial video franchise (still in the works). The video and photo packages were amplified through editorial and targeted social posts. All video and photo shoots were produced in partnership with local property teams.
